Sea freight rates frequently fluctuate, but we will notify you in advance of any price adjustments. Freight charges are calculated based on volume, with a maximum weight of 400 kilograms per cubic meter.

Example 1: If the freight rate is AUD$250 per cubic meter, and the cargo volume is 0.3 cubic meters with a weight of 50 kilograms, the freight calculation is: $250 x 0.3 = $75.
Example 2: If the freight rate is AUD$250 per cubic meter, and the cargo volume is less than 1 cubic meter but the weight reaches 500 kilograms, the freight calculation is: $250 x (500/400) = $300.
Example 3: If the freight rate is AUD$250 per cubic meter, and the cargo volume is only 0.05 cubic meters, the cost is $50 minimum charge.

Yes. Once the goods arrive at our warehouse, the recipient will receive an email notification and can also check the shipment status on our website. If delivery is required, it will be arranged by the warehouse after the delivery fee is paid.

If you need sea freight services from China to Australia, please contact us to obtain the warehouse entry number and address. Indicate the entry number on the shipping documents when sending goods to our domestic warehouse, and inform us of the tracking number after shipment to facilitate our receipt and inspection. When the goods arrive in Australia and clear customs, the customer will receive an invoice. Once the payment is settled, the goods will be released. Please prepare the declaration documents before customs clearance to avoid delays and additional costs.

Under normal circumstances, containers are shipped weekly. Customers can choose to ship as soon as goods arrive or wait until a full batch is ready for shipment. The time from shipping to completing customs clearance is typically four to six weeks. If there are incomplete declaration documents or if Australian Customs inspects and questions the declaration, the waiting time may be longer.
